Retreat Cancellation Policy
Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read & fully understand the dates & all applicable travel pieces associated with the chosen retreat.
Things do sometimes come up & unexpected events can happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. Please purchase your own travel insurance to cover your flight & incidentals. We will provide group insurance for while you are at the retreat. But, If it becomes evident you absolutely can not attend, the best option may be to cancel.
If it necessary to cancel your registration prior to or during the event, please note:
-if a request is received sixty days or more prior to the first day of the retreat, a full refund minus a $150 admin fee will be issued.
-if a request to cancel is received within 59 days of the first day of the retreat, no refund or partial credits will be issued
-No refunds or partial credits will be given if a retreatee leaves early or arrives late. So, Please plan your flight accordingly so you may enjoy the entire retreat.
